At My Adventure Zone, we understand that plans change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our abilities. Please review our Cancellation/Refund Policy below for information on cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of our adventures.
- Cancellation by Customer: a. If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact information provided on our website. b. Cancellation requests made more than 48 hours before the scheduled adventure will be eligible for a full refund. c. Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled adventure will not be eligible for a refund. d. No-shows or participants who arrive late for their scheduled adventure will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation by My Adventure Zone: a. My Adventure Zone reserves the right to cancel or reschedule adventures due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, equipment failure, or other safety concerns. b. In the event of a cancellation by My Adventure Zone, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates or a full refund. c. My Adventure Zone is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer, such as travel or accommodation expenses, in the event of a cancellation by My Adventure Zone.
- Rescheduling: a. If you need to reschedule your adventure due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. b. Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before the scheduled adventure may be accommodated, subject to availability. c. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled adventure may not be accommodated, and the original booking may be subject to cancellation fees or forfeiture of the adventure.
- Refunds: a. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. b. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the booking. c. If a refund is not feasible due to technical or other reasons, My Adventure Zone reserves the right to offer alternative compensation, such as a credit towards a future adventure.
- Exceptions: a. Special events, group bookings, and customized adventures may have their own cancellation/refund policies, which will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking. b. Gift vouchers and promotional offers may have their own terms and conditions, including restrictions on cancellations and refunds.
It is important to note that adventures offered by My Adventure Zone may involve physical activities and inherent risks. Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical fitness and health conditions before booking an adventure with us. By booking and participating in our adventures, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
