Booking Cancellation
You can cancel your booking anytime hassle-free. We strive to make the process as simple as possible.
Booking Amendments
Need to change dates or adjust your package?
- Contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled trip.
- All amendments are subject to slot availability.
Refund Process
- A cancellation fee of Rs. 200 applies.
- The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 1–2 days.
- PhonePe: May take 2–3 working days.
Exceptions
In cases of severe weather or proven emergencies, exceptions to our refund policy may be made at the discretion of management. Please contact us directly if you believe you qualify.
⚠️ Special Note: 31st December (New Year’s Eve)
Please be advised that tickets booked for 31st December are NON-REFUNDABLE. Due to high demand, these tickets cannot be exchanged, rescheduled, or canceled once booked.
