Booking Cancellation
We understand that plans can change, and cancellations may be necessary. You can cancel your booking anytime hassle-free. Please review our cancellation policy before booking with My Adventure Zone for night camping packages near Vikarabad Ananthagiri.

Booking Amendments
For changes like date or package adjustments, contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled trip. Amendments are subject to availability.

Refunds

  • A cancellation fee of Rs. 200 applies, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Refunds are processed within 1–2 days. For PhonePe payments, it may take 2–3 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for booking.

Special Note for 31st December (New Year’s Eve):
Tickets for 31st December are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, rescheduled, or canceled once booked.

Exceptions
In cases like severe weather or emergencies, exceptions to our refund policy may be made at the discretion of My Adventure Zone management. Contact us if you believe your situation qualifies.
