Your trip starts with check-in at 4:00 PM at the campsite. Tea and snacks are served in the evening, followed by music every Saturday and a tasty dinner at night. On Day 2, wake up fresh, enjoy breakfast at 8:30 AM, and check out by 11:30 AM.

Booking & Cancellation Process
- To Confirm your booking, 50% of the payment is required at the time of Booking.The remaining balance can be paid at check-in
- If cancelled at least one day before the camping date, advance amount will be added to wallet and can be use next time for camping within one year from booking date. If it is cancelled on the day of camping no refund shall be given.
Terms & Conditions
- Participants will be able to enjoy the complete Camping experience only if they reach on time. We suggest you arrive 10 minutes prior to the starting time at the venue.
- If the participants arrive late due to any reason whatsoever, they may miss the meals and activities as per the itinerary schedule.
- My Adventure Zone will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the guest outside or by a third party.
- My Adventure Zone reserves the right to refuse entry to the participant in the camp for violating camp rules, illegal activities, or failing to comply with any security measures.
- By using this campsite, you agree to follow all rules and regulations. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate expulsion from the premises without refund.
- If any injury occurs to the participant due to their own fault or negligence while using the campsite facilities, My Adventure Zone will not be held responsible. The participant acknowledges this term and agrees to accept all conditions before proceeding with the camping experience.
- Vehicles will not be allowed near the camping tent from the parking area. Parking is free but strictly at the owner's risk.
- Any damage caused to the campsite property (tents, equipment, etc.) during the stay will be charged to the guest at actuals.
- Do not leave gold, cash, or valuables inside the tents. Always keep them with you. My Adventure Zone is not responsible for any lost items; you are responsible for your own belongings.
- Other state alcohol is not allowed inside the campsite.
- Hookah is strictly not allowed inside the campsite.
