Refund and Cancellation Policy

Booking Cancellation

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before making a booking with MyAdventureZone for our night camping packages near Vikarabad Ananthagiri.

Cancellation before Saturday 4 PM: If you need to cancel your booking, you must do so before Saturday at 4 PM local time. In such cases, a cancellation fee of Rs. 400 will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

No Refund for Cancellations After Saturday 4 PM: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made after Saturday at 4 PM local time. This includes last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

Booking Amendments

If you need to make changes to your booking, such as altering the date or package, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled camping trip to discuss any amendments.

Refunds

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation request. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking process.

Exceptions

In certain cases, exceptions to our refund and cancellation policy may be made at the discretion of MyAdventureZone management. This may include extenuating circumstances such as severe weather conditions or unforeseen emergencies. Please contact us directly if you believe your situation warrants special consideration.
