- A cancellation fee of Rs. 200 will be charged for all cancellations. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.

- The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking process.
3.3 Exceptions
- Exceptions to our refund and cancellation policy may be made at the discretion of My Adventure Zone management in cases such as severe weather conditions or unforeseen emergencies.
4. Booking Amendments
- If you need to amend your booking (e.g., change the date or package), please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled camping trip.
- Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

- You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide during the booking process is accurate and complete.
6. Liability
- My Adventure Zone is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during your participation in our camping activities, except where such liability is required by law.
- We recommend that you have appropriate insurance coverage for your camping trip.
7. Force Majeure
My Adventure Zone is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

12. Additional Terms for Camping Experience
- Participants will be able to enjoy the complete camping experience only if they reach on time. We suggest arriving at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start.
- If participants arrive late for any reason, they may miss meals and activities as per the itinerary.
- My Adventure Zone will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained outside the campsite or caused by third parties.
- My Adventure Zone reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant violating camp rules, engaging in illegal activities, or failing to comply with security measures.
- By using the campsite, you agree to follow all rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in immediate expulsion without refund.
- My Adventure Zone is not responsible for injuries caused by a participant’s negligence while using campsite facilities. Guests acknowledge and accept this condition before proceeding with the camping experience.
- Vehicles are not allowed near tents. Parking is free but strictly at the vehicle owner’s risk.
- After 10:00 PM, campsite gates will be closed. Participants will not be allowed to exit until morning, so please plan accordingly.
