Booking, Payment & Cancellations
Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made through our website or directly with us. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment via our secure payment channels (Credit/Debit, Net Banking, UPI).
Cancellation & Refunds
- Fee: A cancellation fee of Rs. 200 applies to all cancellations.
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 1-2 working days to the original payment method.
- Amendments: Date changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance (subject to availability).
Camping Experience Rules
- Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start. Late arrivals may miss meals or activities.
- Vehicles: Vehicles are not allowed near tents. Parking is free but strictly at the owner’s risk.
- Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse entry or expel participants violating camp rules or engaging in illegal activities without refund.
- Safety: My Adventure Zone is not responsible for injuries caused by negligence or for loss/damage sustained outside the campsite.
Legal & Liability
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information during booking and comply with all applicable laws. We recommend having appropriate insurance coverage for your trip.
Limitation of Liability
My Adventure Zone is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes). We are not liable for loss or injury except where required by law.
Privacy & Updates
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use signifies acceptance.
