Plans change — we understand. This policy explains exactly when you can cancel, what you pay, and how fast refunds arrive. No hidden clauses, no fine-print surprises.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule your booking, reach us through any of these channels — a written message helps us process it fastest:
- WhatsApp or call 6301351462 with your booking name, date, and package.
- Email info@myadventurezone.com from your registered email address.
- Your cancellation is confirmed from the time we receive your message — not when we reply.
Cancellation Timeline & Refund Amount
Refunds depend on how much notice you give before your scheduled check-in (4:00 PM on the booking date):
100% refund, or a free reschedule to any available date — your choice.
50% refund, or one free reschedule to a date within the next 60 days.
Non-refundable. Tents, food, and staff are arranged for your arrival and cannot be reallocated on the same day.
Bad Weather & Unexpected Closures
Ananthagiri Hills occasionally gets heavy rain or official weather warnings. If we cancel your session for safety reasons, you are always covered:
Pick any available date within 6 months, at no extra cost. If no date works for you, we refund 100% of your payment — no questions asked.
How Refunds Are Processed
- Refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking) used at checkout.
- Amounts are initiated within 48 hours of confirmation and typically reflect in 5–7 business days.
- Bank or gateway processing times are outside our control — we share the transaction reference for tracking.
What Is Not Refundable
- Add-ons and activities already consumed during your stay.
- Damages to tents, equipment, or property caused by guests.
- Special event nights (e.g., New Year packages) — reschedule credit only, no cash refund.
