Your Booking, Explained
By booking with My Adventure Zone, you agree to these terms. They exist to keep every guest safe and every trip smooth. Questions? Ask us before booking — we are happy to clarify.
Bookings & Payment
- A booking is confirmed only after full payment through our website checkout or verified UPI transfer.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
- A booking confirmation with your dates, package, and campsite guidelines is sent via WhatsApp or email.
- Packages are per-person unless marked otherwise; children under 5 join free with paying adults.
Check-In, Check-Out & ID
Early arrivals can wait at the reception area; late check-out is possible on request and availability.
Aadhaar, driving licence, or passport for every adult guest at check-in — as required by local authorities.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Mixed groups of minors are not permitted.
Campsite Rules
- Campfires only in designated fire pits, never inside or near tents.
- Swimming pool is used at your own risk during posted hours — no lifeguard is on duty, and children must be supervised.
- Music and DJ sessions run on the scheduled program; please keep personal volumes low late at night.
- Outside food, drinks, and alcohol are not permitted without prior written approval from management.
- Help us keep the hills clean — use the bins, and never feed or disturb wildlife.
Safety & Activity Liability
Trekking, rope activities, and water activities are adventure experiences and carry natural risks:
Guests must follow coordinator instructions at all times. Management may refuse or stop any activity it judges unsafe. We are not liable for injuries caused by ignoring safety instructions or by guest negligence.
Weather, Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation windows, reschedule options, and refund timelines are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
For safety, management may adjust or pause activities during heavy rain, storms, or official weather warnings. Affected bookings are always rescheduled or refunded.
Photography & Belongings
- We occasionally photograph camp moments for our website and social media. Tell us at check-in if you prefer not to appear, and we will respect that.
- Keep valuables with you. Management is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
Governing Law & Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana.
